Alumnae Groups

Theta Sharing

Theta Sharing is an informal group of alumnae who prefer evening meetings. These are purely social, often with programs centered around one of our own members and her special interests to share. Our tone is casual "come as you are" to keep in touch with Thetas from all walks of life. If you want a change of pace and a fun evening of camaraderie, call a Theta and carpool to our meetings!   For information about Theta Sharing, or to be added to the email listing, contact SeattleThetas@gmail.com

Way Out Thetas

The "Way Out Thetas" group was established in 1960 for those who do not live in the immediate Seattle/Bellevue area.  There are a number of smaller groups of alumnae that get together periodically for informal gatherings.  For more information, email SeattleThetas@gmail.com

Junior Alumnae

The Kappa Alpha Theta Seattle Alumnae Chapter (SAC) has long been active in the Seattle area offering activities and programs for Alumnae. The SAC began a Juniors club to encourage the involvement of Theta Alumnae under 30 years old (but everybody is welcome at activities!). Essentially this group serves as a transition for recently graduated alumnae to the activities of the main SAC group. Chapters from all around the country are represented. Theta Juniors is a great way to connect with Thetas in Seattle, network, and make new friends. Most of all, we're here to have fun!

We are working hard to keep this group active through informal social gatherings such as happy hours, service activities (such as 5K runs or educational programs with active college women) and other common interest activities. The possibilities are endless and we can mold this club into whatever you want. Please see calendar for a sampling of activities for this coming year, subject to change. We kicked off the year with a fondue and wine party in October; the turnout was fantastic and it was loads of fun. You are notified of these activities through Evite.

Please contact Theta Juniors Chair at SeattleThetas@gmail.com for more information, to get on the Evite list, or to make suggestions.
